Ok so at work this morning i noticed that yet again the dry-erase board that is supposed to be filled with words of encouragement or serious notes of business was, yet again, covered in ignorant trash. My voice is finally back!!!! I tried meditating on my lunch break at work today, but it didn't work still cant deal with that much background noise. I did however successfully meditate without music today before work.... I think the fact that I was smoking helped me with that one. Other than that I would have to say that focusing solely on my meditation has helped me a lot compared to trying to work on everything all at once.... Til Tomorrow, BB and MP ~Ace

Things are getting better... I'm almost over being sick and found out today that I am definitely getting the promotion. I am at the point in my meditation where it only takes a few minutes to reach the state of pure concentration. I still have a few loose thoughts getting in but I am learning to control it. Another issue I am having is that unless I have some kind of "meditation" music playing in the background I can't do it.... any ideas? Idk if its just bad timing but ever since i started focusing on my meditation, I have been getting sick. I am hoping it is just bad timing bc the meditation has really helped boost my confidence( as if i really needed a boost in that area) but still my performance at work is still increasing and I am now looking at a pay raise and promotion thanks to increased performance :) As far as technique goes it is getting easier every time i do it to block out background noise.
