Welcome to Georgia Pagans.
This group is intended to be a networking and resource site for the witches and pagans of Georgia, and surrounding areas.
I'd love to see it turn into a resource for getting the word out about things of value to our pagan community, so please don't hesitate to pimp your favorite shops and festivals here! It's also a great place to put up links to groups you are part of, or that you know are good groups for your fellow RealPagan of Georgia folks.
If you have a good reference for one of the groups below, go ahead and post a Discussion about them. Be as concise and complete as possible, and include their web address if they have one.
This is an opinion piece, so we're not necessarily looking for a "review," per se, but do be truthful and complete as possible. If others have had experiences with them, good or bad, post those here, too.

This may very well be a strange question, but does anyone know anything about 'secret keepers'? I have been hearing this over and over during mediation, but I can't find any information that makes…Continue

I'm new in the craft, looking for guidance and possibly a mentor. Currently studying books on elemental magick I really feel I have gotten a calling for the craft and really want to learn. Can anyone…Continue

I have a social group and a small shop to pimp ;) Social group is actually connected to the shop. We have campouts and social gatherings. We are trying to get more customers in the shop so we can expand it. We are trying to start beginner classes . If you want to know the website that connects both I will message it to you. I don't want to feel like I am spamming. The shop is in Chatsworth in Murray County. Next to fort mountain. The shop is called Earthtones. I will even give you the number for the person running it. Let him know you heard it from me. His prices are fair and nothing is overly priced. He is currently having to use an old duplex to sell out of because his other shop (the owner of the building) kicked him out. Something about the inspector saying he cant be there.
Hey yall,
I hope everyone is doing good,
anyone from around the NW GA area
Hi ya'll. Here in Southern GA. New to this site, but not the 'craft'. I hope to find friends.
Hi Oakthorne! Thanks so much for helping me to connect the dots... it's been one of those weekends! :0)

Vivianna: No problem! Just make a post about one, using the +Add A Discussion link above. Here is an example of one such post, though you don't need to use my format: http://realpagan.net/group/georgiapagans/forum/topics/phoenix-drago...
When it's posted, I'll make a link to it from the "Mission Statement" section above, allowing it to function as a sort of Table of Contents.
To sum up: You post about a group or place. I'll do the rest. :)
Thanks for participating!
Hey, all. Is anyone here interested in hoodoo, rootworking and conjure? A renowned Conjureman, Orion Foxwood, now teaches weekend-long intensives. I was thinking about possibly seeing if there was sufficient interest to warrant inviting him down to Atlanta for one of those intensives - he is an excellent teacher, and the skills gained there are very, very solid.
If you'd be interested in that possibility - the intensives cover a full weekend, and cost about $150 or so for the full weekend (that's two eight-hour days, roughly) - please drop me a message or leave one here. If there is enough interest, we'll set something formal up. :)
