Fantastic eye, Asdea.
That image is taken from the public portion of the ritual known as Kanzo, which just so happens to mean 'fire'. Kanzo is initiation into Vodou and while a spect deal of it happens outside the eyes of the uninitiated, it culminates in a procession where the new initiates are introduced to the community as new priests of the religion.
