I'm also new to the wicca. I'm very eager to learn how wicca works and I welcome any advice from the member's.

Holly, I print off a map of my destination, and place it on my altar with a pale blue tea light, and a small blue lace agate crystal, at dusk of the evening before I go anywhere.  I also keep a photocopy of a "Chariot" tarot card in my car, onto which I have also drawn a pentagramme, and various bind runes and other symbols for protection.  I cast a circle around it every time I get in, and call upon the spirits of the elders to deliver me unharmed to my destination.  In all my years of driving, I am pleased to say I've never been hurt and rarely had any problems.  I would say any of the negative absorbing stones would be great for a mojo bag, like snowflake obsidian perhaps, or black onyx.  Along with a handful of dirt from your backyard (to return you safe to your own soil as it were) and some mint (for good luck).

What kind of, if any, mojo bag or witch jar could I make for protection while driving?  Could I use a very small jar (as in a pendant for a necklace) and hang it from my rear-view mirror or does it have to be a pouch of some kind?

Welcome, Linda! I have only recently discovered these online Pagan communities and I have found that they are wonderful places for social interaction with like minded people.  Safe travels on your journey

Hello and merry meet.  I'm Holly, and still new to Paganism but eager to learn all I can.  I'm glad I found this site!

Blessed Be )O(
