Ultimate Relaxation....A Guided Meditation
I really enjoy this form of meditation...it is simply about being in the moment and focusing on breathing alone...when your mind begins to wonder just gently guide it back to the breath...It can be done daily from three to ten minutes...when done consistently over a period of time it can help immensely with concentration.

Thank you for all the wonderful suggestions and advice. I really want to work on my meditation because I feel it will help me visualize better and because I am in a wheelchair and cannot physically do some things, visualizing them in my mind is really important to my practice and path.
