Hekate

Orphic Hymn to Hekate

Hekate Einodia, Trioditis [Trivia], lovely dame, of earthly, watery, and celestial frame, sepulchral, in a saffron veil arrayed, pleased with dark ghosts that wander through the shade; Perseis, solitary goddess, hail! The world’s key-bearer, never doomed to fail; in stags rejoicing, huntress, nightly seen, and drawn by bulls, unconquerable queen; Leader, Nymphe, nurse, on mountains wandering, hear the suppliants who with holy rites thy power revere, and to the herdsman with a favouring mind draw near- from http://www.theoi.com

I'm not currently following any deities. I've always loved the Roman Gods and Goddesses until I found out about Hecate and I was instantly drawn to her. I'm still somewhat in hiding so I haven't…Continue

Congrats Tawny! I agree with Raven: this is the beginning of a very special and potent relationship. If you need help on anything don't hesitate to ask. I'll try my best to help you. :)

Congratulations, Tawny!  I first encountered Her in 1990, and it's been quite a journey as Her priestess.  You are at the beginning of a very special and powerful relationship.  Yay!

Hey,

a couple of you may know, about a year ago i had a "feeling" that Hekate might or might not be my guide, My Goddess. But as i was fairly new to a non silver ravenwolf etc etc type path I didn't want to take that leap, offending Hekate and serious dedicated followers of hers. Tonight as i was taking one of my "ritual" baths I got this feeling, and I knew it was her. I am dedicated to being her student. And am very much so looking forward to this group, Nightshade and Stef I am very much looking forward to sharing and learning from you two.

Hello All, I have added two new discussions, please feel free to contribute, if you have any questions you can point them to me and I will try my best or you can ask Alorer.

I'm personally also a bit blank at the moment, even in regards of what to ask, so I will at the moment just continue posting the threads on sacred herbs and trees which may take a while because I'm constantly running out of money for the interwebs and thus cannot post articles everyday.

Hey everyone. I want to inform you that I am thinking over and over what to add in this group and unfortunately, I keep hitting a dead-end. I'd really like to contibute in this group so I thought it would be best to simply ask this: what would you like to see discussed?
