Common Stones that could be used on an air altar...
Labradorite, Blue Aventurine, Moonstone, Blue Calcite, Diamond, Opal, clear or white Flourite, Selenite and Blue Lace Agate work best, in my humble opinion.

I recently started getting involved in Wicca, but what really got me interested in practicing it was natural healing. I am really interested in learning more about it, in hope to be able to practice it successfully. :)

Also "The Book of Stones" by Robert Simmons and Naisha Ashian. This book covers metaphysical properties, chakra correspondences, elemental correspondences, and the writing is amazing. Gorgeous pics too.

Hello all. :) New to this site, familiar with paganism. I've been studying crystal healing for about 6 months. I was wondering about some good books. :) The only book I have on the subject is "Crystals" by Jenni Harding. It's a great book, but it seems some crystals are absent in it.

I also love Amber!! I carry a piece of Raw Amber with me in my pocket every day. It is a wonderful healing stone. I use it at the Solar Plex also when i'm doing a Chakra Cleansing on my clients. Great for drawing out dis-ease and negativity!!

Hey everyone, I thought I'd share something interesting about Amber. I learnt about this at work(at a wellness center) and that's when Amber warms to your skin it releases succinic acid that will go into your bloodstream and kill pain. We sell them for teething infants and it works wonders, I even wear a bracelet for my wrist issues. Pretty neat, huh?
