Okay, so I had actually had this as a blog rough draft for quite some time now... so, here it is.  My apologies in that it had not been posted sooner.  This is the format in which I had used, which…Continue

Creating a Guardian Servitor: The Theory (Part One)

The creation of a servitor to guard home or temple serves the need of providing extra protection to the Magician who feels it warranted.  Creating and installing one into your home can provide a…Continue

Like I'm not already asking a ton of questions, there's one thing that I'm wondering about with ceremonial magick. If ceremonial is primarily based off the QBL, then why does so much of it use…Continue

Welcome aboard, everyone. Expect in the next few days a tutorial, complete with photos, on the creation/installation of a house (or temple) guardian/servitor using a method that I developed from Sefer Yetzirah. Obviously, this is not a basic CM technique, but will yield results if given real effort and proper care is given during and after its manufacture.

I have the how-to section of the ritual already written out. I only need to fill in a few blanks, mostly photos. I *should* have that done either today or tomorrow.

I have also put together a video on the Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram, in the spirit of Frater Teneo. I will publish it tonight. It's the first ritual I have done on video in a very long time.

I have been wanting to create a Servitor but lack the knowledge and understanding. Sangraal could you offer any suggestions on the Servitors? I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you

I already have the how-so mostly written up, I just need a few more photos added to it. It's my method, but can be altered slightly to suit your level of experience. It's not really difficult (to me), but there's little margin for error, too.

Thanks for you information here on High Magick. I like simpler rituals but I feel High Magick is a lot stronger. I have been working with the phases of the moon, candle work, working with oils and herbs for the altar. I enjoy making elaborate rituals.

I was contacted by this guy on joining The Golden Dawn.  Right now I'm pretty new to high magick and currently reading Mordern Magick by Donald M Kraig.  I am wondering even with knowing so little should I join this orginization since I feel this is something that has been pulling at me for so long or should I wait until I complete this book?

Any feedback for me?

Jason, if you really feel called to join the Golden Dawn, then do so.  If you work through Kraig and then join, they will still want you to start from the beginning anyway.  However, there are a fair bit of options when it comes to CM so why not speak with these folks (HOGD?) first and see if they even resonate with you? If not, there are other groups.  Many blessings to you, in whatever path you follow :)

Ave, Fratres and Sorores, the Hermetic Society of the Golden Dawn has setup an educational group for those interested in studying the initiatory path of the GD system. Many of our members have been practicing for over 20 years and now provide lectures and papers concerning the proper application of the traditions practices. If you're looking to study with a well rounded and friendly group feel free to join us online. Light in extension. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1596643610553311/
