Lost some weight
Hi everyone,
Well I am so glad that the website is back up. I just thought that I would let you know that I lost 8 lbs in January following the diet. I am very proud of myself. I am looking forward to this month and losing more weight. Hopefully, I will keep losing the weight. Got to keep positive. Well, I will talk soon!
