I, personally, have multiple ideas of what Deity is/is not and some of those ideas can be somewhat contradicting. Tying into my other entry about energy, I see Deity as being the ring of energy that encompasses all, meaning that Deity is within everything that exists. At the same time, I also see "named Deities" as being separate pieces of the whole that can serve as one manifested force of energy within ritual or for a specific purpose.

For the sake of ridding confusion, "magic" can be defined as an act that uses energy to focus intent or will to produce an outcome. So what is energy?
