Fantastic. AJ thinks the water grains taste like Gummy Bears. I can't get him to stop eating them lol.
We were actually thinking of doing some foraging with some other folks on a camping trip. Seems like lots of fun!
Yeah, Primal considers dairy grey-area. I'm so used to being dairy free that I have no desire to try and re-incorporate it. My husband still drinks his kefir and occasional cheese, though.
I used to eat lots of gluten-free grains previously, so I really had to up my veggie intake to get the right amount of fiber. I eat 10-12 servings a day to keep me regular. Ha!
