Just beginning my explorations. At this time just reading various texts and getting the concept of the astral not only into me head, but into me heart as well.
First became aware of the notion of the astral while reading Crowley, but found his writings to be lacking in detail. Currently I am going through the writings of Douglas M. Baker, D Scott Rogo and Robert Monroe.

So this mabey a dumb question from someone thats thinking of doing astral travel but what is there to do there? I mean what do people do there? Whats there to learn in the astral?

ive been there once meditating and numerous times sleeping. I want to learn how I can be a little more in charge of where I can go and how long I stay.
