<p>I personally, read it 3 times at morning/night you can use a color (voltive) candle and incence as offering and let it consume. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">you should have the intention stated before you recite the Psalms.  </span> they have work for my dougther, people I have given them to and me.</p> <p>BLESSINGS TO ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

Honestly, I would say that if it is causing you enough turmoil to consider changing it from as-written, you'd probably be better served just finding another piece of liturgy to use ritually, or making your own up.
