I have to warn you now. DO NOT EVER UNDER NOW CURCUMSTANCES REVEAL A NAME OF ANY DRAGON THAT GAVE IT TO YOU. Their names are sacred and ancient. It's one of the highest forms of disrespect to tell anyone His/Her name. Let alone shout it out on a non-secure site that any idiot can stumble upon. I love telling my friends about my path and my findings on the occult. They, themselves, are witches and would never tell my secrets to anyone. Yet I feel like I can't even tell them that a Dragon showed Him/Herself to me. If you go down this path, make secrecy your moto. If not, find another path. To crucialprism, well the issue with a Draconic tradition most people practice, isthere are misguiding books.
If you look at "dancing with dragons", it's a shaky source. Mainly because it's so "fluffy".
The best way to work with such entities is to read up on what cultures really talk into detail about dragons and other Draconic entities.
Reading about what cultures had to say about them will give you a more firm base to work off of.

Sense they're master magikans, they can incorporate their powers to witchcraft just as easily as they can in older traditions that incorporate them. So no worries about them being capable. The thing is, never put a magical creature in a box. Let it be known however, incorporating dragons into witchcraft is a relatively new idea. Dragon magic has been used in other traditions for sure. But them being incorporated into witchcraft is the new one.
These creatures are powerful though and are worthy of respect. So, do your reading on Clan of the Dragon and you'll get the idea on how the tradition works. It's not hard, but be careful about making your intensions clear with them. It's critical...
The reason is, dragons are intellectual and they want you to be the same. If you leave any kind of "loophole" in the spell the magic from them will change. When it comes to new witches or magikans in general, dragon magic usually isn't as "forgiving" as natural magic is. These creatures can be a little harsh, but remember, they are always fair.
Remember, read in the site I gave you, read it carefully, and have a magical experience with them.

I really don't think it's anything close to the KKK...they just call them clans because the members of the "clan" are more like a "family", like back in the olden days in Ireland, families were often called clans.
