Thanks for the correction & info, nightshade. I actually thought the astral body and soul were the same thing. I still wonder if it reallyy matters if u have the right mindset or not...I mean. <p>I've never actually been able to consciously travel but I can tell you this, if you are depressed and suffering from negative thought overload it is not a good idea to travel until you have sorted it out, simply because like attracts like and you will attract negative spirits to your astral body. </p> <p> </p> <p>To be safe you should get rid of negativity and throw all negative thoughts away, if you like you could cast a circle, but its highly unlikely that a spirit will want to possess…</p>
