The Next Step

So I did go the new moon ritual and man, it was amazing! It was a spectacular demonstration of just how a coven should function!! There was much discussion during feast about many things and it was wonderful to listen to the members bounce ideas and theories off of each other. They honored each person's view and openly offered their own, without judgement. I waited on pins and needles to see if I would be invited back. Protocol dictates that the group needed to approve it, and I was well aware of that. And then it came....the email I waited for! The invite to return for Lammas! I am stoked! This group feels so comfortable, almost familiar, to me. Have I finally found a home after searching for what seems like forever? Maybe!

My advice to you would be to observe much, listen well, say little at first until they get to know you a little better, and learn all that you can with great enthusiasm. And above all, keep what goes on in the circle in the circle. Don't spread it about, however tempted you might feel. Many a noob has put their foot in their mouth ending up all covered in embarrassment, and I hope you can avoid that particular situation. XX
