3rd Annual Beltane 2013 "Reclaiming Our Roots"

Along with the many Workshops, Lectures and Vendors
we also have performing this year; Leannan Sidhe, VIRIDIS, formerly known as Beltana Spellsinger and Sede, PHOENIX, FAYRUZ Professional Exotic Belly Dancing, Twigley Quicksilver, Sisters Of The Cauldron Dance Ensemble and MORE! All under our huge 60 ft X 60 ft event stage area!
Plus we will soon announce a very special guest performer!

Also this year we are in a totally secluded and private area with full modern bathrooms and hot showers, a huge swimming area, so bring your rafts, canoes, kayaks, hollowed out log etc.
Tons of workshops and lectures will take place this year and we have some of the coolest Vendors on the planet!
Yes! we will have all types of events for the children including the childrens maypole dance and lots of other activities.

VOLUNTEERS! Yes we will have volunteers as usual with the one and only exception; If you volunteer for an important task you will be held accountable and we expect you to be responsible. We will explain in detail prior to the
event "exactly" what your tasks will involve..

Groups, Covens, Circles, Etc that are willing to host various rites throughout the festival are encouraged to contact us as soon as you can. We plan on at least two rites per day (Fri. thru Sun.) *This excludes the main Beltane rite, opening rite and closing rite..

The basic rules and regulations for Guests etc.on the web site will be updated and explained in more detail. for example, if you own a camera you will be required to visit the staffing headquarters and sign an agreement in regard to the do's and do'n's before you take that snap shot or make that movie! we are not going to play around with this one!!

Event Location: Sportsmans Cove in Texarkana Area
Event TIME Details: Noon Thursday 2nd - 5 P.m. Sunday 5th

Directions: Sportsmans Cove, Lake Wright Patman. from I 30 East or West, take Hwy 59 South, 12 miles from Texarkana.
This is a new location within 1/2 mile from last years event, 3 times the size bigger and magickal! Please vist the web site for detailed directions.
Take Hwy 59 south towards Houston turn right at County road 2148, Look for Lakeway Country store on the right at the yellow flashing light..go exactly 1 mile and turn left into Wright Patman entrance. Go straight ahead for exactly 1/2 mile and turn left into Sportsmans Cove, you will travel about 1/2 mile again and be greeted at the welcome tent, stop there and pay fee, and receive your event bracelet and info.
